

Mrs. Theda Barbara Foreman Stacks, also known as "Theda B" or "The Little One" made her transition peacefully at UAMS on Sept 17, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 90. Theda is survived by her husband, Norman Wayne Stacks; daughters: Norma Runk of Shelbyville, Tennessee and Barbara Stacks of Little Rock, Arkansas; brothers: Sonny Foreman of Monticello, Arkansas and Mike Foreman of North Little Rock, Arkansas; son-in-law: Tommy Jones of Tennessee; grandson: Kris Runk; granddaughters: Amy Jones Wedemeyer (Robby) of Nashville, Tennessee, Kristy Runk Boyce (Tony) of Shelbyville, Tennessee and Ali Jones of Nashville, Tennessee; adored great grandchildren: Thomas and Henry Wedemeyer, Spencer, Justin, Bennett and Boston Boyce. She was greeted in heaven by her daughter: Dee Stacks Jones of Little Rock, Arkansas; parents: Charles and Lavetra Foreman; brother: Billy Foreman; sisters: Patricia "Tish" Welch and Charlsie Wiscaver. Theda was born on September 9, 1926 in Texarkana, Arkansas. She graduated at the age of 16, from Wilmar High School. Later she moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, where she married Norman Wayne Stacks, the love of her life in 1948. She loved working with finance and education, where she enjoyed mentoring the younger employee (Some of which called her "The Wise Owl"). A celebration of her life will be held 10:30 am Saturday, September 24, 2016 at St. Luke Methodist Church, 6401 W 32nd St. Little Rock, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke Methodist Church or Alzheimers Arkansas. A special thanks to all the gifted and dedicated caregivers. Angels come in all forms.
