It is truly a blessing for me to have been a part of the Wirzfeld family and to be able to call Mrs. Wirzfeld "Mom Wirzfeld". I have so many memories from me breaking one of her chairs when she was trying to pull me out of it to dance or burning a hole in her tablecloth with a cigarette, she never raised her voice to me. She always made me feel welcome in their home and a part of the Wirzfeld family. Even years after Teresa's passing as I brought Anita into their home Mom Wirzfeld never made us feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. I love you and will truly miss you. Don & Anita

There are too many memories to pick from at this time but I will always remember her laugh and her sense of humor. She always said what she thought and then would laugh about it ( most of the time). Loved her family with all that she had. She will be greatly missed. So glad I knew her.

I’ll never forget the long talks at the table, or the sweet peanut brittle you used to make. Your wisdom and demonstration of love is extremely inspirational and you’ll always be with me in my heart. I love you Mamaw. I’ll miss you always.
