In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Phillip Simpson, and her brother, Frank Rouse.
Winifred, known for her kind heart and love of nature, had a passion for wildlife, gardening, and, most of all, raising her children. Her nurturing spirit and quiet strength left a lasting legacy within her family.
She is survived by her three sons: John (Georgia), Matthew (Ashley), and Frederick (Beth) Simpson; and her cherished grandchildren: Collin, Camryn, Alex, Allison, Olivia, Garrison, and Laurel.
