Zelma Louise Allen, age 85, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024. She was born in Little Rock to Roy and Mildred Allen on July 22, 1939. She was retired from Bank of America. She is preceded in death by her sister Sandra Morris.
