Born and raised in Paterson, she lived most of her life in Bloomfield, before moving to West Caldwell in 2017.
Ada worked for many many years in the cafeteria of the Bloomfield Middle School retiring almost 10 years ago.
She was the beloved mother of the late Richard VanDenBerg; cherished grandmother of Richard VanDenBerg, Jr. and his wife Lauren and Gianna VanDenBerg and her boyfriend Chris Virgadamo; and loving sister of John VanDenBerg, and the late Gustave VanDenBerg, Jean Lillman, William VanDenBerg, and Darlene Mahn.
Visitation is being held at the LaMonica Memorial Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 9-11 am, followed by a Prayer Service at 11 am and Burial in Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.
