Alvin M. Panzer 92, of Elizabeth passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 31, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Panzer worked as a self-employed Attorney. He was a member of Congregation B’nai Israel in Elizabeth from 1971 to 1992 and is a current member of Congregation B’nai Israel in Millburn. Mr. Panzer was also a Mason.
Surviving are his wife Sandra Panzer, his son Michael Panzer, his daughter Gail Salmanowitz and her husband Dennis, his 3 grandchildren Emily, Dennis, and Jason Salmanowitz, his brother Milford Panzer and his wife Diane, and his 4 nephews Bill, Joel, Barry, and Stewart.
A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday 2:15PM at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge. Arrangements are under the direction of the Bernheim Apter Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston, NJ.
