I realize this is very late - I just discovered Barry's passing.  I grew up down the street from Barry and we attended Jr and Sr high school together.  Many fun days playing in the streets.  My condolences to all.

I knew Barry as a planner who helped our company put in a highly innovative plan for retention and capital build up.  He was a true gentleman and very ethical and attentive.
