Benjamin Abraham Lobel “Ben”, 72 of Parsippany and formerly of South Orange and New York City passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016. He is survived by his wonderful wife Gail, his children Jennifer and Robert, his son-in-law Charles, his daughter-in-law Dory and his 4 grandchildren Abby, Emily, Jake and Adam. A former partner of NYSE member firm Bruns, Nordeman & Co. and former Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Baxter Group, liquor wholesale business. A philanthropist, he later in life funded the Ben Lobel Award in honor of Dr. Grant Parr Excellence in Nursing Award at Morristown Medical Center. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to this award at Morristown Medical Center 100 Madison Avenue, Morristown , NJ 07960.
