He loved nothing more than his family and is survived by his beloved wife, Janice Klein, daughters, Juliette and Diana Klein, son in law Joseph Rocco, and cherished granddaughter Raina Rocco.
He met Janice at the top of the sixes in NYC at a dance and married in 1989. They have lived at their home in Warren, NJ for nearly 30 years, building a joyful life full of countless memories.
Charles loved vacationing in Aruba, napping with dogs, and looked forward to the holidays when he donated presents each year to a women and children’s shelter. Charles was proud of his Judaism and enjoyed leading the Passover Seder each year. He specialized in corny dad jokes and was always looking to bring smiles to those around him. Charles will be deeply missed, but never forgotten, by his loved ones.
Funeral Services for Charles will be held on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at 11am, at Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ 07039. The family will be receiving friends from 10:15am to 10:45am. The burial will follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery,189 Gill Ln, Woodbridge Township, NJ 08830.
