

Craig Saperstein was born February 23, 1969, in New York City to parents Bert and Ruth Saperstein (Dickstein). He was raised in Yonkers, NY and attended Lincoln High School (Class of 1987) and The University of Hartford (Class of 1991).
Upon graduating college Craig embarked on a career in marketing and advertising with focus within the automotive industry. He spent more than 30 years working for some of the most prestigious agencies in the business including Deutsch, Euro RSCG, and Saatchi & Saatchi for automotive brands such as Cadillac, Volvo, Mazda and Volkswagen. His last position brought him full circle in the business, as he went to the client side taking a position with Jaguar Land Rover in October of 2023.
Craig was an excellent athlete playing varsity baseball and hockey in high school. His love of sports was passed down to his beloved daughters Blake and Chloe who played softball at Livingston High School and both at Montclair State University. Along with his adored wife Gabi, they never missed a game when the girls were playing.
Craig and Gabi were married for more than 31 years, living for most of that time in New Jersey. He was the best husband, father, brother, uncle and great uncle.
In addition to his wife and daughters he is survived by his brother Larry and sister in law Suzanne, sister in law Allyson and brother in law Dean Riskin, and brother in law Dean Schuss, as well as his adoring nieces and nephews Brianna, Evan, Rebecca, Jack, Ethan, Cory, Max, Mackenzie, Hannah and Isabelle and great nephews and nieces Madden, Harper, Remi and Parker.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Rd, Livingston, New Jersey 07039, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 2:30 pm. The family will be receiving guests from 1:45 pm to 2:15 pm.
Memorial Donations can be made in Craig's memory to : The Morristown Medical Center Inpatient Hospice and Palliative Care Unit or The American Cancer Society.
