Please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss and the world's loss of a true mensch! David Mermelstein took care of my small business and my family's accounting for many years. But, he also took care of us emotionally in a most paternal way.  We will miss him dearly. May his family be comforted by the mourners of Zion and may his name and memory be for blessings.

Please accept my condolences and wishes for a time of peaceful remembrance.  Uncle David, Tio, was A Good Man, and fits the definition to a T.  I am glad he was my Uncle, and we will miss him.  One of my favorite times was spending part of the summer at his D.C. home and visiting all over D.C. on my own.  Tio would drop me off and pick me up in various places and we would sometimes talk about my adventures during the drive home.  He was a CPA ne plus ultra, and he continued to chat with me about business through last year.  Family, friends and clients who depended on him felt no discomforts.   May his memory be a blessing.
