Debbie grew up in Millburn, New Jersey. She graduated from Millburn High School and Ohio University. After a long career in marketing, Debbie retired as Director of Marketing Services for Playtex Corporation in 2006. Throughout that time, she had homes in NJ, NY and Connecticut.
Debbie and her loving husband Bob were married in August, 2009 at Crestmont Country Club in West Orange, New Jersey where they were longtime members. They have continued to spend summers there. Debbie and Bob moved their primary residence to Admirals Cove in Jupiter, Florida in 2015. Debbie has loved living at Admirals Cove and has cherished her many friends there and in south Florida. Debbie was an active golfer and enjoyed playing canasta and mahjong. Debbie and Bob traveled extensively. They golfed together around the world and ate at many of the best restaurants in the world. Debbie enjoyed listening to jazz, good food and wine and going to the theatre. She lived life to the fullest.
Debbie is survived by her husband Bob and by her sister Resa Drasin (Neal), her niece Nicole Drasin (Mitchell) and dozens of close relatives.
A funeral service for Debra will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ 07039. Following the funeral service will be a burial at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, 189 Gill Ln, Woodbridge Township, NJ 08830.
