I am a friend from the past when our families spent summers at O’Keefe‘s bungalows.  I met your dad  when he was a junior doctor and I gave birth to my first child at Margaret Hague Hospital. Our friendship was renewed when Mom heard I was at the lake and she was able to find me. We proceeded to meet for lunches and dinners reminiscing about the earlier years. We also talked about our children and how lucky we were to have loving and thoughtful kids. I wanted to share these memories with you and to say how sorry I was to hear of her passing. She’ll be missed. Please share my condolences with her sister Toby as well.

Please accept our deep condolences on the loss of your mother and your kids' Mommom. Arthur had known your parents since he and your dad went to med school together. I met each of you when you were little kids and continued a long, bi-coastal friendship by phone with you mom. We sorely will miss her sense of humor, caring and shoot from the hip honesty and incredible personality.

Your mom and I have been friends since seventh grade.  We shared a special and unique friendship.  I will miss her "tell-it-like-it-is attitude" and dry wit and sense of humor.''

She LOVED her family and was so very PROUD of all of you.  She was a STRONG, POSITIVE, RESPONSIBLE FORCE--quite the role model.

Dorothy and I are new friends spending three hours a week together in PT. We laughed all the time and had some telepathic communications. 
She spoke with such pride about her kids and grands and pups.
