Oh Minnie, life will not be the same without you. Your home was always open, no matter what time it was. After visiting all day and heading back to 5th Street, my father would say "Drive by Minnie's, if the light is on, she's up." and it would be 11 at night and you opened that door like you were just waiting for us and would serve cake and coffee like it was 3 in the afternoon. Heaven certainly is lucky to have you. Love you always

To The Belfiore Family,

I was so very blessed to have had the honor of taking care of Minnie in her time of need. She was such a caring, pleasant and loving woman. She was so easy to love. I will especially remember playing cards with her and laughing, we always had a good time. Minnie will always have a special place in my heart and I miss her terribly. May you find peace and comfort knowing that your beloved Minnie lived a beautiful and faithful life. God Bless You
