Frank was the son of Jack and Leah Stifelman who he adored. In high school, Frank was a young scholar and an Eagle Scout, graduating two years early at the age of sixteen.
Frank L. Stifelman received his B.S. from Rutgers University School of Business, his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and hi L.L.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. He married his lifelong partner, Susan Ross Stifelman, while a struggling law student. The most important part of Frank’s life by far was being the husband of Susan, the father of three children, Jamie Dunn, David and Michael, and the grandfather, “Poppy”, of eight grandchildren, all of whom are left behind as his wonderful legacy. Poppy’s children and grandchildren will miss him dearly, in particular they will miss the calls leading up to their birthdays. He would sing “Happy birthday to you,” each day for seven days in his baritone Poppy voice.
