

Heddy Joy (née Letowsky) Naishuler, 73, of Parsippany, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 in West Orange, NJ, after a very long battle with Alzhiemer’s Disease. Her family was at her bedside, holding her hands.
Funeral service will be held this Sunday, October 27, 2019 at 11:30am in the Bernhiem Apter Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel in Livingston, NJ. The burial will follow immediately, at Cedar Park & Beth El Cemetery in Paramus, NJ.
She was born in Brooklyn, NY to Bess and Meyer Letowsky on November 15, 1945. She graduated from New Milford High School and married her childhood sweetheart, Steven Naishuler on April 7, 1968. She took many years off from work to raise her family and returned to work as a temporary employment recruiter. She was passionate about B’Nai Brith Women and was a chapter President, she was also active in the PTA and brownie troop leader. She adored dogs and treated them like humans. Above all, it was her family that she loved the most, and being the matriarch as her family grew over the years. She hosted all of the holidays and Sunday dinners for her children and grandchildren, until she wasn’t able to do so anymore. Her family was everything to her.
Heddy is survived by her husband Steven, 3 daughters Jayne Chaplick (married to Craig), Michele Kleeger (married to Robert) and Karen Place (married to Ronald), 8 grandchildren, Justin, Adam, Molly, Benjamin, Jacob, Sadie, Jonah and Samuel, and her 2 sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Heddy’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association
