Howard grew up in Passaic, NJ and raised his family in Westfield, NJ.
Howard graduated with a BS degree from Rutgers University School of Pharmacy. He served as a pharmacist in the US Army as well as a retail pharmacist in the beginning of his career. He founded and ran Click Messenger Service for the next 35 years.
Howard was a strong supporter of Jewish Family Services, the JCC, and Temple Beth O’r as well as many veterans’ organizations.
Howard, an avid tennis player, loved to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Howard is survived by his wife of 64 years, Judith Shapiro Kronick, sons David Kronick (Emily Tetzlaff) and Drew Kronick (Kathleen), daughters Suzanne Tunnell (Ken) and Joan Johnson (Keith), and eleven grandchildren: Chelsea and Noah Kronick, Hannah (Mark Spencer), Shane, Austin, Tate and Dylan Kronick, Ian, Sarah, and Cameron Tunnell, Jordan Johnson, as well as his sister Lila Grob and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Temple Beth O’r Beth Torah, 111 Valley Road, Clark, NJ. Burial to follow at King Solomon Cemetery, Clifton, NJ.
