Dr. Jay K. Weiss of Caldwell, N.J., a retired orthodontist, died on Monday evening, surrounded by his family. Services will be held on Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Rd., Livingston, N.J. Dr. Weiss was the loving husband to Joan (Tutin) Weiss for 60 years; beloved father to Samuel (Judy), the late William, Wendy (Jay), and Benjamin (Erika); cherished grandfather to Schuyler, Bryony, Ben, Lee, Willam, and Nathan, and dear brother to Caryl Fuchs.
