I met Jeanne in 2001 at the Y. She always made a point of going out of her way to say hello. May Jeanne's memory be a blessing and her kindness a lesson.

Jeanne did a great job with Conversational Yiddish at the YM-YWHA of Union County. The Seniors will miss her.

My husband and I met Jeanne approximately a year and a half ago. We discovered Jeanne went to our high school and grew up in the same section of Brooklyn. Our friendship blossomed and we enjoyed many dinners, lectures and concerts together. She will surely be missed. May she rest in peace.

Jeanne Major was a wonderful person, always kind, helpful, and friendly. A great teacher, she encouraged thought, reason, and conversational Yiddish. She will be greatly missed.
