Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Susan Max, his children: Stacey Max and her husband, Michael Bellushi, David Max and his wife, Rebekka Rudin and Allison Herman and her husband Brian Herman, and his grandchildren: Onna, Hunter and Grant.
