

Jeffrey A. Peck, 65, of West Orange, N.J., and Surf City, N.J., died Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J., surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held at Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Rd., Livingston, on Monday, Dec. 3, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at the B'nai Jeshurun Cemetery in Hillside, N.J. Mr. Peck, a partner at the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath, was a certified civil trial attorney and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the American, New Jersey State, Morris and Essex County bar associations. He was a past president of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, and in 2006 he received the organization's prestigious Trial Bar Award. Mr. Peck joined the firm - then Shanley & Fisher - in 1971, after a clerkship in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court. Mr. Peck is survived by his wife, Joanna; daughter, Jacki Skole, husband, Kevin, and daughters, Lindsey and Dhani; daughter, Jennifer Holland, husband, Seth, and children, Alex and Marley; stepson, Cullen Church; and stepson, Todd Church, wife, Maria and children, Dylan and Marisa.
