Beautiful, talented, spunky, independent and intelligent, Joanne was a loyal, supportive friend and confidante who always managed to find humor in life and get a laugh with her quick wit.
While working as an administrative assistant for her sister former state Assemblywoman Marion Crecco, Joanne relished the opportunity to meet and help the residents of her community, many of who became lifelong friends.
