Josephine T. Scavone, a resident of West Caldwell, New Jersey, was born on July 31, 1938, and passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 87. Josephine worked for many years for the Clifton Savings Bank where she was the Vice President of Human Resources, before her retirement. She was a graduate of Bloomfield College, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Business Administration. She taught business management for many years at the American Institute of Banking.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, located at 219 Bloomfield Ave, Caldwell, NJ 07006, on December 22, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, 1500 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, NJ 07083, on December 22, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 12:15 pm.
The family will be hosting a repass luncheon immediately following the entombment at Calandra's, 234 Bloomfield Avenue, Caldwell, NJ.
