We haven't known each other for an extensive amount of time but long enough to break my heart when I heard this news. You were an amazing colleague and will be terribly missed. Warehouse will definitely be left with a void that just can't be filled but we will cherish our memories with you forever.

Today, we gather to honor and remember my dearest cousin, Justin Sugrim.

Justin left us far too soon at the age of 27, but in his short time on this earth, he made a lasting impact on so many lives. He was incredibly smart, hardworking, caring, and loving. Those who knew him understood that he had a special way of making people feel welcome, valued, and appreciated.

As a child, Justin was truly the life of the party. He had unforgettable dance moves, a magnetic personality, and an energy that could light up any room. People naturally gravitated toward him because of his kindness, his humor, and the genuine joy he brought to others. Those memories will forever remain in our hearts.

My heart is especially with his wonderful parents and brothers during this difficult time. They are among the most loving and caring people I know, and I pray that God surrounds them with comfort, strength, and peace in the days ahead. No words can fully ease the pain of losing someone so cherished, but I hope they find comfort in knowing how deeply Justin was loved by family, friends, and everyone fortunate enough to know him.

I truly believe Justin has earned his wings in Heaven. The kindness he showed, the love he gave, and the positive impact he had on others are a testament to the remarkable person he was. While his time here was brief, his legacy will endure through the countless lives he touched.

As we remember Justin, I encourage all of us to love one another a little more deeply, to check in on each other more often, and to seek help and support when it is needed. Life can be challenging, but we are strengthened by our faith, our families, and our communities. We do not have to carry life’s burdens alone.

Let Justin’s memory remind us that life is precious and that our time together is never guaranteed. Cherish the moments, create the memories, express your love, and never take a single day for granted.

Justin, my loving cousin, I am deeply sorry to see you go.

Myles and I have known this precious young man for many years as he was a very dear friend of our grandchildren.  He was always smiling, kind, and respectful to everyone.  He will always be missed but will remain in our minds and hearts forever.
