Lois was so many things to so many people. A devoted mother. A loving wife. A cherished grandmother, aunt, and friend whose warmth could fill any room she walked into. She lived a beautiful live of family devotion and caring for all those around her.
Ten months ago, our world was turned upside down when Lois was suddenly and unexpectedly diagnosed with brain cancer. What followed was a journey none of us could have prepared for, but through it all Lois faced it with the same grace and strength she brought to everything in her life. She never stopped being Lois - full of hope and surrounded by the family to whom she meant everything.
We lost her far too soon, but her generosity and the love she poured into every single one of us will never leave.
In her honor, we are raising funds for the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS), which unrelentingly invests in, mobilizes, and unites our community to discover a cure, deliver effective treatments, and advocate for patients and care partners.
We are so deeply grateful for every contribution made in Lois's name. Your generosity will help fight this awful disease and give hope to families walking this same heartbreaking road that we did.
With love and gratitude,
The family of Lois Kugelman
