Lucille Nancy Battista

Lucille Nancy Battista (nee Cortellacci) of Livingston, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 in the St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston. She was 82 years old.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Roseland on Monday, June 25, at 10 am. Kindly go directly to Church. Visitation will be at the LaMonica Memorial Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, NJ on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. Entombment will take place in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens in Woodbridge.

Born in Orange, NJ, Lucille moved to Livingston in 1967. She was employed in the packaging dept. of Sandoz Pharmaceutical in East Hanover for 25 years retiring many years ago.

She was the beloved wife of the late Armando A. Battista, loving mother of Samuel J. and his wife Libby, Michael M., Raymond A. and his wife Susan, Lisa A. Battista, and Joseph N., cherished grandmother of Brian (Catherine), Stephen, Samuel, and Michael Gerard (Thomas O’Hara), and great grandmother of Julianne and Gavin.

In lieu of flowers contributions will be accepted to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
