Lynne Peyser

January 23, 1937February 13, 2020

Lynne Friedman Peyser passed away at home on Thursday, February 13th surrounded by her husband and children. Lynne had just celebrated her 83rd birthday.

Lynne was not only beautiful and smart but she had a deep well for living life, for upholding tradition, for elevating culture, for celebrating those she knew and loved, and for engaging with new situations and people. At her core, Lynne was a pillar of support, strength, and love. She had tremendous compassion to identify with people.

Lynne and Donald were married for 61 years under a halo that continued to be fortified from the beginning, shared as an expression of giving. The happiness that Lynne’s love ignited--passes down to their progeny—and continues with the same momentum that she brought to it.

Her family—her husband, sons and daughter, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren, and friends are richer for having been touched by her kindness and exquisite curiosity and joy for life.

In Lynne’s honor, please consider making a gift to The Actor’s Fund Home. https://actorsfundhome.org/history

Lynne was a customer and special friend of mine for 35 years. We shared so many wonderful stories and memories. She was a kind, loyal, classy lady and I treasured her friendship! She will be missed! All my condolences to her wonderful family.

Always impressed with Mrs. Peyser having her own career. Loved her ambition.
One story she told me that stands out is when Dr. P. pulled up at end of a baseball game. Told son, dad saw you play a lot. Not always easy being a drs. wife.
Your husband worshipped you. I saw the love story.
Nadine, heart goes out to you, you were twins with so many memories. She raised great children and a close family. Credit to Mrs. P.
My deepest condolences to all during this very difficult time.
