He died peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones. Born in Orange, NJ, he was the son of the late Abe and Gussie Solove. Mark completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. His career in commercial real estate began with Donald Zucker in New York City and later he became a partner at Buchbinder, Silverstein and Solove in New Jersey.
Mark is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Sue Solove, his daughters and their husbands–Elyse and Ned Barrett and Amy and Ken Spielman, his four loving grandchildren Ted, Alex, Samantha and Daniel, and his sister Judy Abrams. Mark loved fishing and boating, playing cards with his friends, but most of all a good joke. He was deeply loved and will be forever missed.
