I only just learned the terrible news of Mike’s passing. Mike brought me back into the fold at Prestige Brands. We worked together for several wonderful years. He was very kind.

I was shocked to learn just now of Mike's sudden passing; my condolences to the family he adored. It was my privilege and pleasure to work with Mike for many years and I considered him a friend as well as a colleague. He was a respected business leader but I remember him most for his kindness and helpfulness to all.  I never heard him speak harshly of others and in return I never heard anyone speak ill of him. We have all been blessed to know him.

One of the first Livingston people we met when we moved to our neighborhood in Steptember 1980.  His kids and our nephews were good friends and often we would see them in town at a ball field or strolling Broadlawn or at the market. Livingston is really a small town and Mike was there.
So rest in peace our friend. You will be remembered.

While Mike and I never worked together directly at BDC, we developed a friendship that sustained long after. I will miss our phone calls sharing and business brainstorming. Roz,  Although we did not see each other often since 1966 , I always considered Mike a good friend and throughly enjoyed our infrequent get togethers. I fondly recall the Finks and Levines visit to Virginia Beach many years ago and our by chance meeting in Marco Island. Our last visit for our 50th reunion was most pleasant and enjoyable. While this is obviously a great shock to you and your  family , hopefully you will be comforted by the wonderful memories of your life with Mike. May he rest in peace. Michael Blachman

Mike was a wonderful person, kind, considerate,  funny, and respectful to everyone. We enjoyed our lunchtime banter in the executive Dining room.    He will be sorely missed but long remembered.   AP

Dear Roz and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Mike's sudden passing has left a void in my heart, and I can only imagine the pain and sorrow you must be feeling right now. 

Mike was not just a colleague to me, but he was also a good friend, mentor, and father figure. 

Over the last four years, I had the privilege of working closely with him and getting to know him.

It is difficult to come to terms with the fact that he is no longer with us, especially since I had the pleasure of spending the day with him on Thursday. We worked together all day and even had dinner at the airport, where we talked about our families and future plans. We hugged each other goodbye, wished each other safe travels, and said, "see you tomorrow." Little did I know that it would be our final goodbye.

Mike was an exceptional man who touched many lives, and I will forever cherish the memories of the time we spent together. His absence will be felt deeply. 

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
