I'm so sorry to hear of this great loss. He was a wonderful man. He was there for my husband Arnie Gruber when he was dying also from cancer.  My husband was crazy about him. Ralph married my son 10 years ago,  he did an amazing job, he was so charming.  May he R. I. P.

It was September of 1977 when I was 12 years old that we Met Cantor Nussbaum and his Family.  From that Friday night that my DEAR FRIEND NAOMI SPITZ (JENNINGS) was Bat Mitzvahed , and he sang the ADONO LUM in that unbelievable voice to end the Service. I knew at that moment that the Temple in Cranford NJ had someone very Special. 
A lot has changed in 41 years, but the one thing that has not is that RALPH touched every single person in our community.  I will forever be eternally GRATEFUL for his wisdom and his intellect.  I will miss walking home from the HIGH HOLIDAYS with him. I know he is looking down feeling very proud of everything he has accomplished.  He is now with his son, and we are all down here KNOWING THAT HE CONTINUES TO LIVE IN EVERYONE'S  HEART. 
Please accept our deepest condolences to the entire family.  I am a better man today for meeting Cantor Ralph Nussbaum.

Ralph was a wonderful person! Your loss  is felt by many. My sincerest condolences to you Avrille and your family. May he rest in peace and his memory be a blessing! If I but had your phone number I’d call. May you sleep well knowing he’s no longer in pain or suffering and is with his loved ones. 

To Avrille and family,   As a community we have lost a wonderful person.   As an individual, I have lost a great friend.  Ralph was always there for support especially for my children who feel it is a great loss.  More than his voice and how he chanted the prayers, it was his humanity.  The world has lost a wonderful light.  Take care.

A giant of a man. A  mensch, Led a true Jewish life and raised a beautiful family. Considered him as a mentor. Will miss him so and his trademark "What's News".   Rest in peace my friend. Sincere condolences to Avrille, your devoted wife and to all your children and grandkids.
