Rita was the loving mother of her son Marc Rutman and her daughter Caryn Pernick (Steven), devoted grandmother of Rylee and Jayson.
A funeral service for Rita will be held Monday, November 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ 07039. Following the funeral service will be a burial at 1:30 PM at Wellwood Avenue, 1400 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11704.
