The funeral was held on Thursday, October 6 at Congregation B'nai Israel and interment was at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, NJ. Robert graduated from Roxbury High School (NJ), Glassboro College (now Rowan University) and earned his Law Degree from Cooley M. Law School in Michigan. Robert was a licensed realtor and was pursuing a Masters in Special Education prior to a motor vehicle accident in 2010. Robert was a solo practitioner at The Law Office of Robert M. Simon and was active member of Congregation B'nai Israel in Basking Ridge, NJ.
He is survived by his beloved wife Stacey, his loving his son Blake, his devoted parents Jerome and Joyce Simon of Boynton Beach, Florida, his dear sister Shari Simon of Marlton, NJ, and his devoted niece and nephew, Marissa and Daniel Schwartz.
Donations may be made sent to Congregation B'nai Israel (40 Whitenack Road, Basking Ridge 07920) for a fund created to benefit Blake Simon. Checks should made out to Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., for Blake Simon.
