NATHANSON, Roberta "Bobby", of Morris Plains, formerly of Livingston, passed away suddenly December 4th. Married to the love of her life for 58 years, Dr. Milton Nathanson. Daughter of the late Meyer and Fay Rothwacks. Beloved mother to Andrea (James) Wallick of Short Hills, NJ and Philip (Sharyn) Nathanson of Franklin, TN. Devoted grandmother to Amy Nathanson and Alexander Wallick. Loving aunt of Robert Danson (Marsha Gittinger). Mrs. Nathanson, born in Passaic, graduated from Weequahic High School in Newark, before obtaining a degree from New Jersey State Teacher's College. Prior to starting her family, Mrs. Nathanson was an Elementary School teacher in Newark. She married Dr. Milton Nathanson on August 24, 1952 and they moved from North Englewood to Livingston in 1956 where they built their home for their growing family. Mrs. Nathanson was the epitome of elegance, grace and dignity, enriching the lives of everyone she met, always embracing others with warmth, compassion, grace, good humor, a sparkling intellect and love.
