Roger was so kind and giving of himself. I had the privilege of attending his Redeemer career classes where I would be encouraged and challenged.

In a time where you would be very much needed, the Lord has called you home. You will be missed. May those of us whose lives you’ve impacted with your service remember your generosity by encouraging and challenging others currently struggling with unemployment/job search during these difficult times.

My condolences to the Spivack family.

Roger was a gift to so many. His generous and kind heart, his wit and humor, his wisdom, empathy, loving and honest insight and counsel strengthened any community during tough and pleasant times. He had a gentle way of touching your heart and making you smile. He was also brilliant. He was a blessing and will be missed by me and so many, especially at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in NYC. I’m grateful to know that his spirit is truly free indeed. ❤️ Praying for his loved ones during this sad time of loss. 🙏🏼

I knew Roger as he humbly served at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, leading our Job Search ministry - helping hundreds of people work through the process and experience of finding their next job. An entrepreneur himself, he was imaginative and endlessly encouraging. He touched many, many lives and pointed them to His Savior.
