The funeral service will begin at 11:00 am followed by burial at B'nai Jeshurun Cemetery, 1347 Lower Road, Hillside, NJ 07208.
Shiva will be held at Andy and Diana Polk's Home at 33 Deanna Drive in East Hanover NJ. On Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 and Friday 2-4 and 7-9. Rose the beloved wife of Dr. Donald H. Polk, the loving mother of Douglas, Andrew and Matthew. Mother-in-law of Lisa, Diana and Michele and adoring grandmother of eight.
