Ruth was so very loving, supportive, and caring. Daughter to David and Susan Ehrlich, wife to Bruce Goldman, Mother to Melissa Thomas and husband Jonathan, and Nana to Brandon and Sarah.
Originally from Teaneck, NJ. She attended Lennox Hill nursing school then Bergan Community College where she earned her Associates in Nursing.
She was a Certified Emergency Room Nurse and held the position of Head Nurse of multiple hospital Emergency Room’s. She went on to Supervise Hackensack Planned Parenthood and then later was in administration.
A Daugher, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and friend who would really go out of her way to please. Her temperament was so very kind and warm hearted.
A total kid at heart, she loved video games, computers, and anything fun. Movies, Broadway, and music.
Singing show tunes, watching movies, and playing classical piano we’re her past times as well as needle point and knitting. (She played piano successfully at multiple competitions at Carnegie Hall.)
She was creative, with impeccable taste.
Her interest’s were vast. While she loved to read, she also enjoyed watching soap operas.
History was her strength as she was quick with facts and could recall historical events with great detail.
She loves all animals, especially horses and dogs. And loved talking about animal stories.
She was passionate about life, a dreamer, and an extraordinarily hard worker. She will be greatly missed.
