Dear Sharon and family. I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom. Ruth and I became friends in the Grief  Group in Arizona. I loved hearing about Jim. We would go to lunch often. The Friday before she passed away we met for lunch. It was great seeing her at the July 4 party. She was such a kind soul. I will miss her. RIP sweet Ruth.

Ruth brought so much warmth to our museum. This Monday, we are releasing a "Yellow Card" featuring a 13-year-old boy she "recruited" to "push the button" during our spring "MEET A MINER" event. She made immediate connections with families by speaking Spanish, encouraging conversation  and beautifully connecting children's stories like Pedro's Pan and Rumpelstiltskin directly to our exhibits. Ruth loved being involved and joining "the action." Her warm heart, bright smile, and welcoming spirit will be deeply missed. I will miss waving to her through the window during "Craft and Chat" and relying on her to brighten our spaces.

Ruth was a bright light in our lives at the crafting class she went to in Cave Creek AZ.
So sorry for your loss. She will be remembered fondly and sadly missed.

Ruth worked hard on self-improvement: physically, educationally, emotionally and spiritually. What a dynamo! I spoke with her 2 weeks ago, didn't know she was ill; she didn't say. She was a very caring person and a model to follow.

I was a good friend of Ruth , she was supportive, loving kind, smart and full of life and the most amazing source of energy I have ever seen. Ruth was a doer in  all she did, I just hope I too can achieve half of the things. she truly enjoyed in life. Please accept our deepest condolences for you loss. Ruth was and will aways be loved she was the best!

Dear Ruth,

I was just a child when I met you, but some people leave memories that never fade.

I still remember your kindness, your generosity, your warm smile, your love for Mexican food, and the happiness you brought every time you came to Mexico. I even remember the fresh mint scent that always reminds me of you. Those little details became part of my childhood.

Thank you for loving our family and for giving us so many happy memories. You watched many of us grow up, and your kindness will never be forgotten.

I really don’t have a lot of words gonna miss her terribly. She was my go to, she was who I strive to be 10 years down the road, Ruth love me unconditionally, Ruth accepted me as exactly how I was. We spent a lot of time talking about growing growing older learning new things the people we loved and just supporting each other in our journey to become better people really gonna miss talking to her every day.
