家父刘世忠因病不治，于2023年4月25日18时21分，不幸与世长辞，享年90岁。现定于5月7日14时在美国新泽西 Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel 殡仪馆举行遗体告别仪式。

Shi Zhong Liu, age 89, of Short Hills, New Jersey, passed away on April 25, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 19, 1934 in Minqing County of Fuzhou, China.

Shi Zhong Liu was a professor of electrical engineering at Fuzhou University, and dedicated nearly 40 years of his life to teaching. He has published more than 20 academic papers in domestic journals, and has been recognized by peer experts, particularly within the study of electromagnetic fields.

His family and friends fondly remember his good-humored nature and love for life. He enjoyed sitting in the garden, playing pool, reading the news, and spending time with his loved ones.

Shi Zhong Liu is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nai He Liu; his daughters, Nian Liu and Ting Liu; and his five grandchildren.

A viewing will be held Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ 07039, followed by a funeral service at 3:00PM. Following the service, a reception will be held at Green Lake Restaurant located at 19 US-22, Green Brook Township, NJ 08812 at 6:00PM.
