Born in Newark and raised in Irvington, he lived in Livingston for 29 years before moving to Florida almost 20 years ago. William was a Vice President with The GMS Group in Boca Raton and previously worked in their Livingston, NJ office for several years before moving to Florida.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Judith and loving granddaughter, Stefanie Friedman; William is survived by his adoring children, Susie Polow (Peter Jr.) and Hillary Friedman (Jonathan); his loving granddaughters, Carly Polow and Allison Friedman and his cherished and devoted life partner, Arlene Acker.
