Loving mother of Paula (Bob) Haran, Joseph (Melanie) Skowronski, Tiffany (Dustin) Newman. Beloved grandmother of Anna, Michael, Zachary, Brionna, Jacob, Molly, Seth, Alexis, and Aiden. Dear great-grandmother of Luna. Proud sister of David (Alida) Hrivnak, Judy (Greg) Foster, Paul (Marilyn) Hrivnak, Richard (Diane) Hrivnak, and Donna (Owen) Recor. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Antoinette was preceded in death by husband Melvin, as well as parents Paul and Phyllis Hrivnak.
Antoinette enjoyed cooking and baking, she loved to try new recipes. She had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening. She played scrabble with her family, as well as crosswords and jigsaw puzzles. Antoinette was very generous, donating both her time and money to various causes, which included volunteering at her local hospital. She was passionate for animals, caring for a variety dogs, cats, and even birds.
A visitation will be held Thursday, December 21, from 10:00am-11:30am at Harry J Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Rd., Livonia, MI 48152, followed by a service beginning at 11:30am.
In lieu of flowers, Antoinette's family asks that donations be directed to the Humane Society of Monroe County MI or Veterans' Affairs.
