Barbara Ann Stark

She is survived by her three sons Robert (Barbara) Stark, John Stark and Thomas Stark. She is the grandmother of Stephen, Robert, Jr., Jeanette and Andrea Stark. She is the sister of Mary (Rick) Noel, Janet Makhool and Tom (Mary) Kalep.

Barbara enjoyed traveling, cheering on her Detroit Tigers and going to the casinos. More than anything, she loved spending time with her friends and family. She was a generous woman, giving of both what she had and who she was. Her Catholic faith was central in her life and was a basis for all that she did. She will be remembered as an excellent role model to her family.

Friends may visit her family on Tuesday October 2, 2012 from 2 pm until 8 pm at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 W. Six Mile in Livonia, Michigan 48152. During the visitation a Wake Service will be prayed in her memory at 7 pm on Tuesday. The funeral home is located on the north side of W. Six Mile in Livonia, Michigan 48152.

Funeral services for Barbara will be on Wednesday October 3, 2012. Her visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 am until 9:30 at then from 10 am until her Funeral Mass celebrated by Fr. Gary Michalik at 10:30 at St. Colette Catholic Church, 17600 Newburgh Road in Livonia, Michigan 48152. The church is located on the east side of Newburgh Road just north of W. Six Mile Road.

She will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery in Southfield, Michigan. Friends are welcome to join the family for a committal service after her church services. The cemetery is located at the intersection of W. 10 Mile Road and Beech Road.

Barbara's family asks that memorials be made in her memory to St. John Hospice.
