Some of my favorite memories with you are sitting at the table in the lake cabin doing puzzles together. I always asked if all the puzzle pieces were going to be there since the box was already open and the puzzle was put together before. And you’d tell me we will find out! And we would sit and put the puzzle back together. I loved to fish and hated worms so you told me bacon worked better than worms anyways. We would watch shark week together and I loved your collection of beanie babies! You were always so great to us. You will be deeply missed. Love you grandma. Love Lisa Scott gauge and Baya

Thank you for including the picture of Aunt Betty and me, taken at my apartment just before leaving for graduation from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. You see, when I graduated from High School, mother and dad could not attend, so mother called Uncle Tommy and Uncle Joe and they came in place of my parents. When I graduated from DSU; mother was bedridden and dad could not leave her, but Aunt Betty came bringing with her some Arkansas cousins. At age six I was hospitalized for a week. Dad had to work and mother had to stay home with the younger children; but my aunts came, Aunt Betty almost daily. I remember her kindnesses to family and also her kindnesses to strangers. Her heart was and concern for others was nothing short of amazing. She was non judgmental, she had no hinden agendas in her speech, and always had hugs to give. My aunts and uncles have always been there for me and I have watched them be there for each others families. How very blessed we are to be a part of this family; natural or adopted, you can't help but thank GOD for our blessing of ourfamily! GOD bless you all with the good memories.

Some of my earliest memories of this wonderful women was when Mom and Dad (Kay & Joe Moody) would be at her house almost every Saturday night playing cards with Aunt Betty and Uncle Jerry. She was always the life of every party and family gathering and will be missed by all who knew her.

To all of my Cousins, Our deepest sympathy for your loss. God has a new Angel to do his work for him.

Know that a special Rosary will be said tomorrow by Gloria and I in remembrance of your Mother.

I always remembered Aunt Betty being at Uncle Tom and Aunt Joyce's house when we came over for a visit or family gatherings. Always with a smile on her face, she was always either hugging someone or laughing about something or another. I haven't seen her in years, but would always get updates from Loretta on how Aunt Betty was doing. You will be missed by many, loved by all, thank you for the memories I have of you. R.I.P. Aunt Betty.

Betty has always been a very special person in our big extended family. She was always there for our kids when we couldn't be and I will forever love her for that. We'll miss you Betty even if we didn't see each other too often. Rest in Peace dear friend.

Aunt Betty taught me the importance of sister relationships. My earliest memories are filled with the many occasions she visited her Sis and my Mom- Audrey. She was there for all the ups and downs of life, ready to encourage, help or just prompt laughter. She cherished family and wanted updates of my children’s photos to add to her collection. I always felt completely loved in her presence. Now that’s a Legacy worth emulating! My condolences to her family and many loved ones.
She is rejoicing at the GREAT REUNION
until we meet again!❤️

The birthday girls….Kristie Jo “Francis” Hannon, was born on February 16th like Aunt Betty….I met Aunt Betty in November 1985….I started dating Kristie and Aunt Betty treated me like one of her own. I’ll miss her, the thing about Aunt Betty is you never had to wonder where she stood on something, she never minced her words and that was the way it was!! I’ll miss her devotion to family and all the little to big things she did for Kris and I…I love her and can’t wait to see her in heaven someday!!! I pray for you all during our sad time. God bless you all!❤️
