Loving mother of Terri (Robert) Seletyn, Charles (Maribeth) Tarver, and Jerri Whitson. Proud grandmother of Cheyenne (Justin), Stephen (Allie), Cory, Brandon (Emily), Nicole (Brandon), and Carl. Cherished great-grandmother of eight. She will be especially missed by her fur baby, Dexter.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in passing by her beloved husband, Charles, and her siblings, Joseph (Pauline), Verlee (George and Marty), and George (Lorraine).
Betty began working as soon as she graduated from high school and did not retire until she was in her 80s. She proudly spent 30 years with Jarvis Insurance Agency as an office manager. In her spare time, she enjoyed cozying up on her porch with a good book and a glass of iced tea.
Betty will be laid to rest at Glen Eden Memorial Park with her late husband.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Michigan Animal Rescue League (MARL) or to Residential Hospice.
