I did not have the privilege of knowing Bill. I DO however know his son David and he is an awesome individual!! If David is anything like his father, then Bill was awesome too!

Bill was the best friend i had. We were there for each other. Tho more than a friend, mentor, father I never had, counselor, teacher. He rescued me, gave me a home, carering and compassionate. Crotchety at times??. In the end he cared...
This loss has left me empty and alone. He was amazing.
My condolences go out to his beloved family, and especially his sons whom he cherished so very much. I know he was so very excited about the wedding.

Bill was the best friend I've had in years. He has been my mentor, father-figure, and counselor for the past year. He was my rock.when we lived together we enjoyed long conversation, cooking, and movies.
His untimelly death was more than a shock to me, a great loss in my life. I feel so empty without him.

I don't think I ever met your Uncle Bill. I have Uncles that are very special to me also so I can guess how you feel. I am very sorry Beth that you and your family are suffering from this loss and like you said there are no words. I am thinking of you all and have asked God to give you some bit of peace.

Bill was one of a kind.  There was always laughter when he was in the room! We have endless fond memories of him in our family. I remember visiting when the boys were little, and he went outside and walked back in with a box of legos.  He said, "Those boys are throwing their Lego's out the window again!"  The 3rd time he went out, he put them in the garbage!  We went to an amusement park that weekend. Robbie at 18 months, decided to crawl under the fence and started running under the helicopter ride. As everyone screamed, Bill just went into action and went under the fence after him, barely having his head missed by a helicopter! You boys kept your dad busy, and he was always proud of you!  He was very creative, full of great humor, and boy could he dance!  A terrific guy who will be greatly missed!  We send our deepest condolences.  Our hearts go out to you Will, Rob, David and your families. We Love you very much and wish we could be there with you! We will hold you dear to our hearts and thoughts as you go through this.

Bill was a great friend and co-worker... Bill as a teacher turned many students down the right path. He had the ability to speak to students honestly, causing not rebellion or anger in the student but self reflection. I looked up to him and his talents as an educator...His humor and laughter (ending often with a snort) will be missed. My deepest condolences.

This saddened me today when I found out. Mr. Morgan was a teacher for me for many years at Michigan Automotive Academy. He will be missed and was probably my favorite teacher of all time. My condolences to the Morgan family.

I am so sorry yo hear of his passing may God bless his soul. He was a awesome disciplinarian and one of my daughters favorites at MTA.

Great teacher. Great friend.  Great father/grandfather. Truly will be missed.

My son Jared Swancer and Bill's son Dave have been best friends since Kindergarten. I fondly remember Bill from the boys early days. My heart goes out to Dave, Rob and Will and their families.

My deepest sympathies to my cousins.  I have such fond memories of Billy growing up.  I remember when he took me to see Black Beauty in the movies as a child.  I always enjoyed his company and he will be greatly missed.

Our condolences to the Morgan family. We didn't know Bill but we are close with Will and Lora. We are deeply saddened for your loss.

Bill helped me out many times when I had troubles with my son..... He was a great friend while we worked together at MTA...... this is very sad to hear.

I was saddened to hear the news of Bill's passing...he was a great co-worker and friend during our years working together at MTA. Bill had a zest for life and a sense of humor that made even the most challenging times a little easier to bear. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends...
