Billie was like an angel that was sent to me to renew my confidence in the kindness and generosity of people.  I felt like her and Frank were apart of my family.  She might have spoken with a whisper but she made me laugh with so many thoughts she shared.  
She was an excellent travel partner.  Even when she struggled with her illness she never stopped pushing to see the world.  I'm so very fortunate to have thousands of photos and hundreds of memories of all the great times we had.  She was also a natural beauty.  Even in Morocco, when we stayed in Riads with no air conditioning, she would emerge from her room looking radiant each day.  She didn't need a lot of make up because she had a beautiful soul that glowed from the inside out.  
I will never, ever forget my dear sweet friend.  My heart goes out to her family and to Frank.  A special hug to her mom who was her hero.  I love you Billie, Rest In Peace.
