Bruce was the beloved husband of Sandy, married 35 years, and the proud father of Drake (Emily) and Logan. He was a cherished grandfather to Beau William, who brought great joy to his life. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, extended family members, dear friends, and longtime co-workers who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cloyce Sr. and Marjorie Zarbaugh. Bruce is survived by his stepmother, Ruth Zarbaugh; siblings Cloyce Jr. (the late Gail), Mark (Debbie), Ann (Tony), and Kathy; and was preceded in death by his brother Brian (Annette).
Bruce was self-employed for 20+ years and later worked as a talented mechanic with Ford Motor Company, sharing knowledge and skills with others. His passion for helping others extended beyond his work, as he frequently worked after hours on the vehicles of friends and family.
Outside of work, Bruce enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He enjoyed earning extra money, traveling to Jamaica with family and friends, hunting, fishing, boating, and enjoyed tracking down uncharted local eateries. He especially enjoyed hunting and sharing his knowledge and passion for the outdoors with his sons and young people alike. Bruce was always ready for an adventure and a good time with those he loved. He also enjoyed receiving God's word through daily devotions and sharing them with others.
Bruce's hardworking nature, generous spirit, mechanical talents, sense of adventure, and willingness to lend a helping hand will remain a lasting part of the memories shared by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Angela Hospice.
Bruce's greatest legacy will be the people he taught, helped, laughed with, and loved throughout his life.
