I remember you as family and neighbors. There are a lot of smiles in the pictures with my parents. I am sorry we were out of town. . Thinking of all of you.

Doug was one of the good guys.  I so admired him for everything he stood for and being such a strong family man.  He was amazing and I will miss him at karaoke, he got up there and sang his heart out.  He gave new meaning to it.  What a loss this is for everybody he touched.  

My husband and I met Doug as we know him 4 years ago.  He and his family started coming to our karaoke on Fridays and he loved that he and I  would sing "Unforgettable ".  Doug you will always be unforgettable.  Thank you to Mary and George for bringing him each week.  Loved seeing the smiles, his dancing, and hearing his voice.  Will miss him closing our karaoke with the  song "Old Rugged Cross".

My heart is with you as you navigate these next difficult days.  Even when we're prepared to lose a parent, it hurts when reality happens, but what a wonderful legacy your dad leaves -- children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren -- so many to carry on the Williams' traditions and treasure their memories.

Thank you, Shari, for trusting me enough to learn about your dad through you.  No, I was never lucky enough to meet Doug but make no mistake, I knew him.
