It seems like I've known Carmen most my life. I know for a fat we knew him when we lived on Wisconsin near Schoolcraft and Wyoming. I'm pretty sure he was affiliated with my family from the neighborhood, but cannot verify that as everyone I know has already passed. Anyway, through the years our paths would cross (business. social and sometimes we'd meet at funeral homes). I clearly remember him taking time from his own holiday and laying on his back in our kitchen fixing our sink so we could cook Christmas dinner the next day. Then my husband was at a Shrine function and heard him tell someone he still has his shop on Fenkell and whatever so he approached him to see if he was the man his wife and mother-in-law spoke of many times, Many lovely memories of a VERY lovely man. We are both so sorry for your loss.

Carmen was a remarkable man. I have been on his bowling team for a few years and his bowling league for a long time. Just a few weeks ago he bowled a 200 game!!! 97 and he bowled a 200. He was always cracking jokes and making us laugh. I will miss him. God bless him and his family. Kevin, we will be thinking of you
