We are so sorry for your loss. Clark was a great man whom I really respected both personally and professionally (from a cyber security standpoint). He will be dearly missed by his friends and colleagues at the State of Michigan.

A great person, a warm friend, a kind soul. I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Clark when he was at Best Buy. I learned quite a bit from him. He had a passion for the work he was doing and it was contagious. Something I carry with me to this day. Hoped that I could have gotten him to come back and worked together side by side once again. The Lord Almighty needed him to come home. Will miss you greatly!

Clark, you have been a great inspiration to me and my business, Securely Yours every time we met and talked about cyber security. You always had insights and suggestions on how cyber security should work. It was a delight when you joined our team to assist State of Michigan.

Our team at Securely Yours will miss you, not just for your experience in cyber security, but also as a person, a true friend.

I worked with Clark when I began my career in information security. He was an early mentor, and for every situation he had a story, which he would always deliver with a knowing smile.

So sad to hear about Clark's passing. I was fortunate to get to know him when he was at Delphi and kept in touch over the years.

We had a lot of great discussions. Clark always shared stories about his family and he was so proud of all of you.. We typically only spared a little bit of time to talk business as family, fishing, hunting, and Detroit sports always seemed to take up our time.

Clark made the World a better place for all of us.

Clark was my sponsor at Delphi back in 2003 when I got to meet him as a new supplier. He treated me like a member of the team and we quickly became fast friends. Shortly thereafter I learned that Clark was a man of deep faith, where he became a mentor to me about how to be a Jesus-follower in the market-place. Clark was always an expert in his field of complex cyber security defenses and strategy, where many well-known/global cyber security firms would turn to Clark for guidance or confirmation that their approach was sound. Clark never hesitated to help me then or even up until this month where he was actively helping me to make an important professional connection. I will miss you dearly, Clark.

To The Family of Clark Crain,
Everyone Clark came in contact with loved his gentle nature and witty caring disposition.
I have known Clark for probably twenty years (several GM years) but was able to interface with him the most since Dec 2018 working with him on the same State of Michigan Security Liaison Team. His wisdom, interaction and friendship often made my (our) days.
Heartfelt prayers and thoughts are with all of you at this difficult time.
God welcomed him home with open arms!
God Bless and Keep all of you.
