
Daniel “Don” Uller was born on September 19, 1926 to Joseph and Sophie Uller. Don was a proud World War II Veteran. After his time spent in the Army, Don was a Job Setter for General Motors. Upon his retirement he enjoyed gardening and spending time in the outdoors. Don was very active in his community as a member of the Livonia Senior Center, an usher at .St John Bosco Church in Redford and a committed bowler. He enjoyed playing games with his family and friends, including Checkers, Othello and Pinochle. He was also an avid woodworker and coin collector.
Daniel was the beloved husband of the late Beatrice Uller for 50 years. He was the dear father of Leonard (Deborah) Uller, Shirley (Joseph) Calamia and Peter (Carol) Uller. The loving grandfather of Marc Uller, Morgan Uller, Shianne Calamia, Samantha Calamia, Morgan Calamia, Nicole Calamia and Arianna Calamia. The dear brother of Joseph Uller.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Sophie Uller and his siblings Delores Hadley, Arthur Uller and Lawrence Uller.
Daniel’s family will receive friends on Sunday February 15, 2015 from 2-9 pm with a Scripture Service at 7 pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road (east of I-275 and Newburgh Road) in Livonia.
He will lie In-State on Monday February 16, 2015 from 10:30 am until the time of his Funeral Service at 11 am at Rosedale Gardens Presbyterian Church, 9601 Hubbard Street in Livonia.
